We are looking for new team member who enjoys admin, processes and problem solving, to manage recruitment and HR tasks. Sitting in the Executive Support team, this vital role manages people’s journey into the organization and provides support during their employment with us.
You will support our staff teams, whilst they deliver a large number of creative and exciting environmental and community projects each year. The main focus of the role will be to provide support for the recruitment and retention of staff teams scheduling interviews and welcoming new members through onboarding; and maintain HR records and assisting with queries.
