Job Description

This includes working with communities to make their neighborhoods greener and more resilient to climate change, supporting long-term unemployed individuals to find work, helping young people get back into education and training, and advising residents how to save money on their energy and water needs.

We are looking for new team member who enjoys admin, processes and problem solving, to manage recruitment and HR tasks. Sitting in the Executive Support team, this vital role manages people’s journey into the organization and provides support during their employment with us.

You will support our staff teams, whilst they deliver a large number of creative and exciting environmental and community projects each year. The main focus of the role will be to provide support for the recruitment and retention of  staff teams scheduling interviews and welcoming new members through onboarding; and maintain HR records and assisting with queries.

You have experience in and can demonstrate:

  • An understanding systems of administration in organizations and what they may aim to achieve
  • Experience of producing quality documents, briefings, letters, and reporting information to a high and accurate standard
  • The ability to listen, have tact & empathy, problem solve and escalate as appropriate
  • Accurate inputting and maintenance of databases, files and records
  • Working as part of a busy team
