Job Description
- Primary function: provide wide-ranging administrative support to Project DNA, particularly for the Programme function
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop agendas and slides for meetings to then be circulated
- Take minutes in key DNA meetings (Inc. Steering Committee and Digital Transformation Taskforce) and circulate
- Work with HR to support with logistics and process of onboarding and off boarding resource on Project DNA
- Work with finance on the processing and tracking of invoices for Project DNA
- Work with legal to establish and maintain a document filing system, and support basic legal processes including contract signatures
- Organize and maintain DNA Teams infrastructure and file sharing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess: Experience in supporting large, multi-functional teams. Strong, clear communicator. Comfortable with collaborative and cross-functional working. Highly organized. Detail-oriented.
