Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a part-time Receptionist to cover staff holidays and to be the first point of contact for their customers.
You will be:
- Reporting into the Sales Manager
- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries
- Transfer customers to the right department
- Work as part of a team
- Be responsible for the service and after sales care of customers
- Responsible to general administrative duties revolving around sales


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this position, you will need to be immediately available, based in Carlisle with 12 months recent experience in a receptionist role or customer services. You will be confident, personable, and approachable with strong written, verbal, and technical skills.
