We have an urgent need to appoint an experience Customer Service Supervisor.
On a day to day basis you will as part of the team but also as the Supervisor over Planning / HR issues and escalated Client / Customer issues.
This is a role for a team player / hands on proactive character who likes to lead from the front!
Being allocated your own Client / Customer Accounts means that you will have first hand experience on the management of relationships - Service Level Agreements and KPI's. You will also experience first hand issues as they arise and by able to support your team accordingly.
