This important role will provide a highly valued service to the clinical teams; you will need to have experience of working at reception, clerical and administrative skills as well as the need for accurate patient records preferably within a healthcare environment. A working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office would be an advantage. You should be a team-player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a good telephone manner with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to duties. You should be friendly and helpful, and able to priorities and organize your own workload. You need to be comfortable working in an ever changing environment and be able to retain your focus on providing an excellent service to patients, staff and external stakeholders such as GPs
The main duties of the role include:
Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act and Equality and Diversity are required as well as a good standard of general education.
Working Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week.
