Job Description
To provide administrative support to the Registration department and assist proactively with the work of the department.
Key accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the registration department by completing initial logging and invoicing of all application forms in accordance with KPI’s and expected quality standards
- Manage the progress of application forms following the department SLA’s
- Responding to incoming phone calls
- Provide an initial information service to registrants and members of the public and others about the department’s role and function and other first level queries.
- Provide other equivalent administrative support to the department as directed.
