Managing and monitoring the impact of training solutions
Ownership of the LMS, ensuring it is fit for purpose
Leading and managing the performance and potential of the training team
Liaising with senior stakeholder to understand their current and future training needs
To be considered you will be an experience L&D professional with experience of leading and managing a learning and development function. Good working knowledge of LMS and strong project management skills.
