• Developing and managing the design and delivery of fit for purpose training solutions to meet the needs of the business
• Leading and driving best value and cost-effective training solutions and practices that meet the needs of the learner and the business
• Managing and monitoring the impact of training solutions
• Ownership of the LMS, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Leading and managing the performance and potential of the training team
• Liaising with senior stakeholder to understand their current and future training needs

To be considered you will be an experience L&D professional with experience of leading and managing a learning and development function. Good working knowledge of LMS and strong project management skills.
