Job Description

You will play an essential role within the management team, supporting the Partners in ensuring efficient delivery of services and all aspects of Business Management and have the initiative to drive success working in an environment of rapid change.

Previous management experience, competency in IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential.

Responsibilities covered:

1. Budget Management: Delivering the practice’s objectives within budget constraints, and produce annual plans, end-of-year reports, and quarterly reviews.
2. Service Delivery: Monitoring the practice’s performance against all operational targets and metrics, and implementing plans to improve when the practice is not delivering.
3. Strategic Planning: Producing business cases for service enhancements or development opportunities to protect the practice’s future, always with the practice’s mission in mind.
4. Communications: Keeping websites and other media channels up-to-date on behalf of the practice, launching specific marketing and promotional campaigns when required.
5. Legal: Coordinating with HR and financial advisers to ensure compliance to the relevant legislations and regulations with regards to all contracts and services.
6. Policies: Maintaining all internal policies up-to-date and running audits to ensure all staff and processes are compliant (e.g. Health and Safety, GDPR, etc.).
7. Risk Management: Maintaining a risk register and ensuring all mitigations are in place
