We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual, who can work well as part of a team and provide quality administrative support. The team administrator is key to the smooth running of the service and in supporting the clinical work delivered by the team.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, and interpersonal skills and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programme. Previous experience of an electronic patient record system like System One would be advantageous. The post-holder will receive professional supervision from Senior Administrator and line management from one of our pathway leads.
You will be responsible for all day-to-day administration tasks. They will need to take initiative in prioritizing their own workload, be able to work independently, using discretion, judgment and critical analysis where appropriate. This role involves interaction with clients on the team’s caseload.
