The service is an integrated service with teams based across both hospital and community.
You will be able and accustomed to working independently. Able to interact virtually and support staff working in the community. Able to lead and line manage staff. Able to work unsupervised - use own initiative. Able to prioritize workload. Able to trouble shoot / sign post telephone and email queries. Have strong IT skills – EMIS, CERNER, Excel as well as experience in accessing and utilizing multiple platforms eg – procurement. Good communication skills to be able to interact with families and other health care professionals.
