This will require you to be highly visible and accessible leaders who proactively support and manage your team to provide holistic patient care. Providing clear and consistent guidance to your team is vital and will be monitored through coaching, feedback and appraisal process.
You will preferably be educated to degree level or equivalent and must also demonstrate your knowledge of Clinical Governance issues and key HR policies and procedures.
