Job Description

You will be a role model with adept communication skills who can flex and adapt to meet the ever-changing agendas and demands of this rewarding position.

Patient experience and staff engagement will be at the forefront of your agenda. As a Ward Management team, you will be pivotal to the enhancement of a harmonious and transparent care environment. This will require you to be highly visible and accessible leaders who proactively support and manage your team to provide holistic patient care. Providing clear and consistent guidance to your team is vital and will be monitored through coaching, feedback and appraisal process.

You will preferably be educated to degree level or equivalent and must also demonstrate your knowledge of Clinical Governance issues and key HR policies and procedures.
