Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
As part of a team, to be responsible for processing incoming paperwork (proof of delivery documents)
Dealing with any subsequent customer queries and requests
Checking and scanning paperwork to Manpack
Calling drivers/sub-contractors to request missing paperwork to ensure receipt of payment for work completed
Liase with Transport department to ensure accuracy of paperwork/information on Manpack
Ad hoc duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be professional and able to operate as a team player or individually as necessary. Be confident in communicating and dealing with people on the telephone/in person/by mail at all levels both internally with colleagues and externally with customers. Ability to work effectively and without direct supervision. Conscientious and reliable. Flexible attitude and methodical approach to work/training/working hours. The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Effectively priorities work load in order to meet set deadlines. Proficient in Computer Literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
