Job Description

You’ll be doing:

  • Arranging meetings with internal and external clients
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Ensuring all daily administrative duties are completed on time and accurately to meet SLA’s / KPI’s and Shared Service Centre standards.
  • Attending meetings / events as required, travelling as necessary.
  • Identifying areas for improvement to processes and services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we’re looking for: Administration experience. Ability to take minutes. Strong organization skills. Must be computer literate and proficient with MS programs (word/excel/outlook).
