We are looking for someone to join our team who has established administration skills, positive attitude and ideas. The post holder will line manage a large team of customer care receptionist.
The post will be 37.5 hours a week Monday to Saturday (working every other Saturday). The post holder will be responsible for supporting our Assistant Service Manager in the daily operational delivery of the service as well as interacting with patients, consultants, external stakeholders and healthcare referrers.
You will have the ability to work as part of the team in order to deliver high quality customer service, display excellent communication skills, and an understanding of delivering healthcare services. You will need to demonstrate commitment to care quality and performance delivery. You must be a team player with the ability to problem solve and work independently. A good understanding of staff management and previous hospital administration experience is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop administrative experience in an expanding outpatient service.
