Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Assistant’s with a range of projects and clerical duties.
What will you do?
- Organizing, filing and recording paperwork
- Updating the system and records
- Writing up procedures and policies
- Preparing documents and relevant materials for meetings
- Ordering and maintaining stationery
- Processing shipments through the TNT account
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- Updating the maintenance log
- Inducting site visitors and contractors
- Assisting with ongoing projects
