Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
They are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills to manage the studio and fulfil this varied role. Someone with a polite manner and can-do attitude is a must! Excellent administrative skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Adaptable and positive. Able to manage workloads & schedules over multiple projects. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software. Keen to learn new software and systems. Creative thinking and problem solving. Impeccable attention to detail. Confident communication skills. The ability to work calmly under pressure and tackle tasks under your own initiative. Able to manage your own workloads and deadlines. A strong, collaborative team player with a flexible and open-minded approach to working. 2yrs+ experience in a similar fast-paced studio environment. Project Management skills. Accounting knowledge. Ability to oversee the requirements of a project from start-to-finish and manage others. Budget management experience. HR & recruitment skills. Previous use of Asana and/or Stream time (online software). Experience with invoicing and Xero accounting software.
