This is a new, 12 month fixed term contract recruitment job. You will enjoy working in a busy, energized team, supporting onboarding processes.
Manage and track vacancies via the applicant tracking system
Schedule interviews, both candidates and panel members.
Provide on boarding support, prepare documents for offer of employment, and arrange inductions and first day letters.
Work proactively with the remote recruitment teams to ensure a robust administration service is provided.
Deal with candidate queries via telephone and email
Provide support for ad hoc administration activities as required

Minimum of 6-12 months recruitment administration experience. Proven track record of working in a fast paced resourcing environment. Experience of working within a professional services environment preferable. Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills. Excellent communication. Positive, proactive attitude. Excellent IT and systems experience – MS Office and HR systems.
