You will have the opportunity to directly support a Financial Adviser who works with long-standing clients. You will be trained in some Paraplanner responsibilities such as: Research, Reports & Recommendations.

You are able to progress in this position through guided professional development plans, and the full support to take Financial Planning exams.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support and oversee a number of client related systems and processes, ensuring an end to end delivery of outstanding support service to clients
  • Act as the point of contact between Financial Planners, Paraplanner and Clients
  • Processing new business & preparing pre & post meeting review packs
  • Sitting in on client meetings
  • Producing supervised research & suitability reports
  • Adhere to data protection & FCA regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 1 year’s experience in a Financial Planning Administration role. Exams obtained towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Proven experience of providing quality support to Financial Planners & Paraplanners. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience using IT Systems and Software including platform/provider websites and portals.
