Job Description

We are looking for a strong team player who has a proven background within an administrative role. The objective of this role is to ensure high standards and compliant administration at all times.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Responsible for logging and keying customer orders and tracking stock to completion.
- Participating in office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing post, and carrying out general housekeeping tasks.
- Assisting with ensuring goods are stored in correct locations and the system reflects actual locations.
- Effective liaison with the fitting diary team to ensure service level agreements are met with customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Ensuring job completion notes are received on time and are properly completed in order for invoicing within the company timescales.
- Assisting with booking in on the system and warehouse deliveries.
