Job Description

The role is to interview immediately, and the key responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership for Month end – overall responsibility for producing the Group Reporting Pack (including actual, budgets and forecasts).
  • Maintenance and control of the ledgers on Dynamics 365
  • Lead on the set up across all ledgers, set up and test of new companies, intercompany relationships etc.
  • Take direct responsibility the preparation of the accounts for the holding companies, ledger reconciliation etc. and assisting on the trading companies.
  • Intercompany and group transaction processes, monthly reconciliation and agreement of intercompany accounts.
  • Supervision of the management accountant.
  • Preparation and maintenance of the budget and forecasting model.
     

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Professional background, qualified accountant, ideally ACA with a practice background
  • Good knowledge of IFRS.
  • Strong direct experience of group accounting, including a good understanding of complex consolidations.
  • Experience of using group consolidation systems

Strong advanced Excel knowledge.
