Job Description
- Knowledge of opening hours, offers and general hotel information
- Taking dining reservations for the various outlets in the hotel
- Assisting with room service orders from in house guests
- Accurately recording and communicating messages
The hours for this role would be 32-40 hours per week.

The essential criteria for this position is: Proven Track record of customer care. Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills. Effective Organizational Skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a similar position.
