Job Description

*Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner and taking/passing messages on.
*Welcome clients and visitors.
*Show clients to meeting rooms and prepare refreshments.
*Typing for solicitors.
*Completing initial drafts and preparing forms for solicitors.
*General administration such as filing, scanning and Photocopying/ faxing.
*Franking, sorting posting and recording outgoing mail.
*Keeping check of stationary stock levels.
*Adhoc projects as required for the Business Manager.
 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*Educated to A level standard or similar and desirably within law. *Have a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with the business. *Be a team player. *Have an organised approach to work and able to use own initiative. *Enjoys being busy and proactive. *A good communicator, face to face, over the phone and via email. *Strong typing ability and IT skills. *Have a friendly and personable personality.
