You’ll assist the Planners to formulate and organise resourcing plans, in-line with demand-based requirements on a daily basis. You will look after the administration and incoming calls; with sickness and late calls having a direct impact on park operation, you will need to communicate these to the relevant teams and managers. In this varied role you could be assisting the Control Base function, ensuring all staffing is moved across the Resort, using the most cost-effective and efficient means one day. The next day you might be supporting the HR recruitment process; no two days are ever the same.
