Job Description

Customer

o Creating Customer records

o Creating part numbers

o Creating sales orders ready for contract review

o Creating call-offs and works orders and allocating works orders

General

o Answering Main switchboard

o Front of house and office duties

o Booking training courses, eye tests, van service

o Booking and arranging travel and transport, and social events

o Co-ordination of paperwork/travel/hotels for any events and shows

o Maintaining holiday tracker's with entitlements

 

Full time - Mon to Thur 8:30 to 5pm and Friday 8:30 to 4pm

Salary £9.00 per hour

Temp to Perm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills " Excellent telephone manner " Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office " High levels of customer service delivery. " Commercial awareness " Attention to detail " Be able to work as part of a team. " Be well motivated and organised.
