Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the accurate accounting and financial reporting for the company.
The main responsibilities as the Financial Accountant include:
1. Ensuring the monthly close accounting activities under IFRS and US GAPP
2. Preparing all the necessary financial accounting details for the Group
3. Deploying and maintaining a SOX compliant control system
4. Preparing Statutory Financial statements and ensuring completion and compliance
5. Maintaining a legal entity
6. Supporting internal and external auditors
7. Supporting the UK Corporate Finance Manager in other ad hoc duties as and when required

As the Financial Accountant, you must have the following skills and experiences:
1. Super user of SAP - Essential
2. ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA or QBE with 5 years plus experience
3. Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
6. Excellent attention to detail skills
