Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate: Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and adhere to targets. Strong work ethic and the ability to work within specified guidelines. One year’s previous experience within a Costing/Warranty or Service administration role. IT literate: with the ability to learn new systems. Proven experience of providing a full customer service offering. Experience in adhering to customer and business targets. Competent user of Kerridge or similar Dealer Management System. Previous experience of manufacturer’s warranty systems. One link and CV link experience. Technical knowledge. Experience in compiling estimates.
