Job Description

You will be providing administration and secretarial support to Bromley Community Mental Health Team and the Memory Service Team for the provision of client related reports, letters and discharge summaries, including legal and clinical documentation.
You should have excellent secretarial skills including copy and audio typing using the G2 voice recognition system. Be a clear communicator and have excellent listening and written skills, as you will be contacting clients and taking messages on behalf of both teams and will also have regular contact with clients during clinic reception duties. You should have experience of taking formal minutes at multidisciplinary meetings and diary management.
Excellent organizational skills are essential as you will be setting up and maintaining office processes and procedures and managing conflicting deadlines. Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel are essential and these skills will be tested at interview. Experience of using Rio, Docman, hybrid mail & G2 would be an advantage, although full training will be given to the successful applicant
