Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Management of diary / correspondence / activity schedules of senior managers
- Management of emails and outgoing correspondent / post
- Production of adhoc reports and presentation
- Collation of information for reports / meetings
- Dealing with queries from clients and third parties
- Arrange catering needs as required for site meetings
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Perform some document control duties when required
- Adhoc duties as job requires
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for: GCSE’s math and English (C) or equivalent. Experience of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Meeting Manager. Previous experience of Administrative / PA role in a similar environment/setting i.e Construction. Experience of Document Control in a construction environment as desirable. Ability to organize senior managers’ workloads. Relevant CSCS Card.
