Job Description
You will enjoy working in a large, busy team supporting the generation of all contract related documentation, responding to queries from new starts and ensuring all documentation and employment checks are received.
- 6-9 month fixed term contract
- Generate and prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other contractual documents
- Ensure amendments to contracts of employment are issued correctly
- Liaise with HR in relation to confirming attendees for company inductions
- Assist with recruitment related administration and system updates
- Prepare and verify work permit documentation, carry out ID and qualification checks
- Liaise with internal departments regarding the organizing of pre-employment medicals
- Complete reference checks for new starts
- Assist with the completion and submission of the annual monitoring returns and Article 55
- Other recruitment related activities as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Available for 6-9 month contract. 5 GCSEs A-C including Math and English, essential. 3rd level qualification, desirable. Previous practical recruitment administration experience within a similar role involving the generation of volume, complex documentation. Proficient in using MS Office. Strong organizational skills. Positive and proactive attitude. Excellent communication. Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
