This Recruitment Coordinator job is for a 6-9 month fixed term contract. You will enjoy working in a large, busy team supporting the generation of all contract related documentation, responding to queries from new starts and ensuring all documentation and employment checks are received.
6-9 month fixed term contract
Generate and prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other contractual documents
Ensure amendments to contracts of employment are issued correctly
Liaise with HR in relation to confirming attendees for company inductions
Assist with recruitment related administration and system updates
Prepare and verify work permit documentation, carry out ID and qualification checks
Liaise with internal departments regarding the organizing of pre-employment medicals
Complete reference checks for new starts
Assist with the completion and submission of the annual monitoring returns and Article 55
Other recruitment related activities as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Available for 6-9 month contract. 5 GCSEs A-C including Math and English, essential. 3rd level qualification, desirable. Previous practical recruitment administration experience within a similar role involving the generation of volume, complex documentation. Proficient in using MS Office. Strong organizational skills. Positive and proactive attitude. Excellent communication. Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
