The duties will include:
- Assistance with recruitment process
- Weekly timesheet processing
- Transport co-ordination
- Accommodation co-ordination
- Assistance with organization of inductions including data gathering and chasing
- Processing bank deposits
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- The successful candidate will need to be working in a team environment that is fast paced
