Job Description
Provide a full range of Administrative Support to a Team of Recruitment Consultants
Deliver outstanding customer service to existing and new clients to ensure their expectations are met and add value to our service
Support 'fast' paced divisions - working to tight deadlines
Prepare applicants' CVs for submission to clients
Advertise and monitor daily volume vacancies
Arrange and diaries Applicant Registrations Interviews
Provide payroll administration support for Temporary Workers
Handle volume telephone calls from job seekers/applicants
Daily use of an in-house management information system
Work closely as part of a Team to help achieve Team and Organization goals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 2 years Administration Experience - within a similar role preferable. Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Math (Grades A-C). Proficient use of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook. Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Previous experience providing a high level of customer service. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual. Good time management skills. Previous Administration experience within Recruitment industry/HR/Customer Service environment Strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the Team/Organization.
