Be responsible to the Nursery Manager for efficient, confidential and effective nursery administration including day to day tasks, which contribute to the effective running of the nursery.
Liaise with Slough Local Authority Business Advisors on all matters regarding reciprocal provision of statistical and financial management information related to Early Years Free Government education and work-force development audits.
Liaise with multi-professional individuals, parents, departments in the Trust, local community and external organizations.
Produce accurate weekly registers of enrolled children showing days and hours attending.
Calculate monthly fees, using nursery software and produce monthly report of income to submit to payroll and produce statements for parents.
Maintaining petty cash records and expenses.
Collecting data of children's accidents occurred.
Submitting data on Early Years portal of children entitled to early year's free education.
Ensuring accurate records are kept for staff.
Producing reports related to nursery operations.
Ordering and maintaining supplies for the day to day running of the nursery.
Liaising with other departments for the general upkeep of the building.
