Job Description

You will support the brand and marketing team and the strategic planning manager with the resourcing of projects of projects and campaigns helping to predict and manage team capacity by creating schedules, updating status’s, generating quotes, finding suppliers, consolidating invoicing, filing of completed artwork, managing approvals of images and uploading of new images to the image database.

This is a 12 month fixed term role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking an individual with excellent all-round administration skills to join our busy, creative, marketing and brand team. To be successful in the role you will need to be clinical about being organised, with the ability to priorities, excellent written and oral communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
