Job Description
Accruals and Prepayments
Maintaining fixed asset register
Assisting with production of management accounts
Daily processing of invoices and ledger reconciliation
Credit card reconciliations
Inputting, coding & matching large volumes of invoices via Xero
Preparing schedules for weekly payment runs
Dealing with any queries / issues with invoices or payments
Email and phone correspondence
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or QBE and have experience with Xero. We are looking for someone who is innovative in their approach to work and forward thinking to match the company. High levels of accuracy in data entry and the ability to work at a fast pace are vital to this role, handling a few hundred invoices weekly alongside your other responsibilities.
