This role will be responsible for allocating bed spaces to Service Users quickly to minimize loss of income, ensuring you work closely with the regional teams and the Transport Team to move Service Users in smoothly and efficiently. Keeping safeguarding and Service User experience at the heart of the service will be key to succeeding in this role. We will rely on you to maintain accurate records to meet all compliance and contractual obligations.
Your duties will include -
Responsibility for processing all bed space requests, ensuring these are allocated as per contractual terms.
Ensure all Service User notifications are processed accurately and efficiently to match the Service User to a bed space.
Provide information and respond to queries in relation to bed space allocations, working with Regional Teams to resolve supply issues.
Delivery of performance and service reporting as requested by line manager, escalating all risks and concerns
Working collaboratively with Regional and Service Delivery Centre Teams to deliver a seamless service meeting the individual and property needs of all our service users.
