As Group Financial Accountant your role will comprise of:
Preparation, completion and review of month end accounts
Monthly variance analysis for actual results against budget and forecast
Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of each local subsidiary's accounting records
Supervision of revenue invoices, purchase invoices and staff expenses
Posting of journals, including month end accruals, depreciation and recharges
Preparation and approval of balance sheet reconciliations
Provision of information to in country accounting and tax suppliers
Establishing and maintaining relationships with staff internally and with external suppliers, such as in country accounting and tax suppliers and banks
Cashflow forecast and management of working capital balances in each country
Implementing new processes and improving current procedures
Assisting with the group year end and half year financial statements and associated disclosures
Preparation of local subsidiary financial statements and liaison with local auditors

Have experience of operating in a tight control environment
Have experience of public company accounts
Experience of Group accounts and dealing with multiple subsidiary companies
Experience with preparation/audit of statutory accounts under IFRS or US GAAP
