We are looking to recruit an administrative assistant / Marketing assistant to help with mainly
-Answering phone calls:
-Responding to emails within agreed time scales
-Carry out other related tasks required across the department as instructed
-Candidate to have excellent communication skills along with an ability to be a competent computer user including excel, word, adobe and outlook
-Good attention to detail and administration skills
-Must have a flexible attitude to work and work unsupervised.
- Excellent customer service and marketing skills- Mailchimp marketing, sales letters & social media online marketing skills (We are looking for a person who is a confident communicator and is also self-motivated and should demonstrate an affinity for excellent customer service.
Should be someone who has to be able to take instruction without feeling offended, someone who embraces change positively.
