Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the business by carrying out all administrative office duties. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Reports to Operations Director
Communicates with relevant clients / business partners to update and organize repairs, services, shipping, orders and enquiries
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Assisting in the showroom if required
Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
Manages outbound/inbound post and records data on special deliveries
Storage and security of all confidential data and ensure GDPR practices are followed
Inventory and website updates as and when required
Adhering to company policies at all times
Continually striving for self-improvement and forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of the services provided
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through all channels including email, telephone, social channels and face-to-face
Ensuring quality housekeeping and efficient set up in office
