You will need to have previous experience juggling many different tasks at once, without being micro-managed. Chasing suppliers, liaising with contractors, clients, and local councils. Contract writing ability and proofreading of contracts is a must.

- Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Management.
- The Candidate needs to organize, coordinates, and oversees projects on behalf of Senior Management.
- Taking responsibility and ownership of office organization, project management, deadline compliance, and monitoring important documents.
- The candidate must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment.
- The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- The candidate must also be willing to learn about various sectors Senior Managements are involved in.
- A ‘Can do’ attitude is advantageous.
- The candidate will ideally have experience creating contracts from scratch with strong copy writing skills.
- The Ideal candidate must possess previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to Senior Management.
- Supports Senior Management through liaising with internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively.
- Plans, coordinates and ensures Senior Management’s schedule is followed and executed.
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of Senior Management regarding business ventures
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to Senior Management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Works closely and effectively with Senior Management to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Acts as a “barometer,” having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the senior management updated.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate senior management’s ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
