You will work with Team to ensure recruitment is executed in an efficient manner and all relevant employment legislation is adhered to. You will provide high quality administration support and customer service in the recruitment and selection process to enable a brilliant candidate experience. You will be responsible for advertising roles, coordinating shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks. You will also respond to system related queries from HR customers (Candidates, Managers, Business HR, and Agencies etc.) and maintaining the e-Recruitment system, tracker and other HR systems. You will support recruitment KPI reporting, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency and support project work / other duties as required.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. The work pattern is a blend of onsite and remote working.
