Your new role
As an Audit Semi Senior you will predominately work on audit assignments as part of a wider team, most of your audit work will be office based. As an audit semi senior you will be responsible for planning and completing audit/accounts working files, conducting audit work in accordance with the agreed procedures, professionally represent the firm and its interests in dealings with clients and other professionals, identify opportunities to sell more services and supervise/develop junior members of staff. On top of this, you will also gain exposure in preparing year-end accounts for a broad range of clients.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking for a keen individual that firstly possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will ideally be studying towards either your ACA or ACCA qualification. You will need to have an accurate and methodical approach to work, previous experience of working in an accountancy practice and a driving license as some audits will require travel. You will need to have a strong eye for detail, be able to take on ownership/responsibility and consider problems as a challenge.
