Job Description
  • Be the owner for all of our onboarding processes across the globe, from our first point of contact with new joiners as soon as they sign their offers to when they’re fully in seat
  • Find creative ways to make our onboarding experience for new joiners delightful at every point
  • Be a passionate advocate for new joiners across the company and maintain relationships with all teams involved in onboarding
  • Spot areas we can improve our onboarding process and work on implementations & rollouts
  • Build onboarding automation wherever possible
  • Work closely with the rest of the People team to make an amazing place to work
  • Support hiring manager and people partners throughout the hiring & onboarding process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Has around 6 months of operational / coordination experience (whether as a full time role, or for School or University projects). Thrives in fast paced and ever changing environments. Is passionate about driving employee engagement and happiness, and sees people ops as the best possible career path to make this happen. Is highly organized, able to follow-up and priorities whilst managing multiple work-streams. Recognizes that the devil is in the detail, and has tactics to maintain quality. Believes the job is never finished, and proactively thinks about ways to iterate and improve processes. Is a great independent worker and creative problem-solver, who can also thrive as a team player, working selflessly alongside the rest of the People Team.
