Role include:
- Manage client queries regarding different services.
- Preparation and issuing documentation.
- Delivering first class service to clients.
- Maintenance of client files, ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administration role within a busy office environment. Confident, motivated attitude with a strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time management and organizational abilities.
