Provide administrative support to our sales team working on a 4-week auction cycle, duties will include answering a high volume of calls and emails, marketing of properties, completing auction reports and other duties as requested or required by the auction manager.
· Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ambitious, passionate, and hard working with strong IT skills.
· Confident and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
· Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Math and English
· Excellent computer skills – Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
· Presentation skills and customer services knowledge
· Great organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Keen interest in the property market
· Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
· Extremely well organized and able to priorities your own work load
· Self-Motivated, eager to learn, with a 'can do' attitude.
