· Directing and answering patient enquiries as required by phone and email
· Greeting and assisting patients and their families in person.
· Booking appointments including texting and written confirmation.
· Printing forms and invoices including extensive use of Practice Manager Software including creating and scanning documentation to patient records
· Ensuring the completion of necessary forms and papers by patients
· Effective team working, maintaining professional relationships internally and externally
· Delivery of consistently high standards of assistance and attention to detail.
· Relevant administration skills and functions commensurate with the role requirements.
