You will be responsible for providing support to customers via the telephone and electronically, where focusing on the customer is key.
- Dealing with the busy Sales Email Inbox
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers
- Providing product information
- Processing quotations, pro forma invoices and confirming lead times
- Processing sales orders
- Adding customer information to Sage and internal CRM system
- Making outgoing calls to customers to clarify and provide information about products and their orders
- Administration of customer paperwork and order taking documentation
- Pension contributions
- 20 days holiday, plus statutory and additional days for long service
- Onsite parking
- Hours are 8.30am - 5pm with an early 4pm finish on a Friday
