Job Description
- To support the on-shift supervisor
- Driver brief & de-briefs
- Ensure all paperwork is filled in correctly & passed to relevant department
- Liaising with both internal departments and external clients via telephone & email
- Handover all necessary information to the next shift
- Other ad-hoc admin and customer services duties
- A minimum of 25 days annual leave rising incrementally each year to a maximum of 31 days after 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of working within a busy transport role Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to change of workload High level of accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills with evidence of working to tight deadlines Ability to use initiative and be pro-active when dealing with a range of issues and problems Strong use of initiative Keen eye for detail and has a strong ability to consistently produce high quality work
