Job Description

You'll process customer orders that come in by email and speak to customers by phone, if items are out of stock. So you'll be comfortable in this job if you have previous sales administration experience and enjoy giving a great service.

The team process lots of orders and handle queries, so you'll never have a dull moment, other than when you take a break to put the kettle on.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm as it's busy each morning, processing orders that have landed overnight.

You'll work in a smart, high-specification business centre (although there's a relaxed dress code in the office) which offers you free parking, easy access (not stuck in traffic) as well as on-site childcare and gym facilities. As the business park isn't served by public transport, it would be useful to have access to your own car.
